Refund & Return Policy
We accept return/replacement requests within 7 days of delivery.
Because our products are consumable Ayurvedic foods, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, with the original seal intact and in the original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@weshuddhs.in or +91 94123 04567.
Damages and issues β Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, tampered with, or if you received the wrong item. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items β Opened or partially consumed products, products with a broken seal, custom/personalised orders, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.
Refunds β Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer). Banks may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@weshuddhs.in.
