Shipping Policy

For domestic customers, we ship orders through registered domestic courier services and/or speed post. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation, subject to courier/postal service policies. Shipments are usually delivered within 7–10 working days.

For international customers, we ship through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post.

Please note that WeShuddhs Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or postal authorities, though we will help you track and resolve any issue. All deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer, and delivery confirmation is sent to the email address registered with your order. If a shipment is returned to us due to an unserviceable pincode or any other reason, our delivery partner will notify you and we will contact you to reattempt or resolve it.
