Shipping policy

For domestic customers, we ship orders exclusively through registered domestic courier services and/or speed post. Shipments are typically dispatched within 2+ days or according to the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation, subject to the policies of the courier or postal service. The shipments are usually delivered to the customer within 7-10 working days.

For international customers, we use registered international courier companies and/or international speed post for shipping and delivery.

Please note that DR NISHANT GUPTA DAWAGHAR is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier or postal authorities. We try to handing over your order to the shipping provider within 2+ days of receiving your order and payment, or as per the delivery date established during confirmation. All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer, and you will receive a delivery confirmation at the email address you registered with in case. if item/product return due to pincode or any other reason to us the delivery partner will update to you.
